A few months ago Holt Brothers Foundation Board Chair, Ryan Switzer, introduced us to his former colleague and friend Mike Wolgin of Wolgin Real Estate Group in Apex, NC. Mike, like Torry and Terrence, lost a parent at a young age to cancer. When he was 14 Mike’s father passed away.
The mission of the Holt Brothers Foundation resonated not only with Mike, but his entire team. In 2022 the Wolgrin Real Estate Group will donate $100 for every closing to the Holt Brothers Foundation. In 2021 they finished the year with over 200 closings company wide.
The Triangle area real estate market is predicted to be the third hottest market in the country in 2022. With that kind of excitement and momentum this partnership is kicking off at the right time.
