The Holt Brothers Foundation has always been about family – honoring family, supporting family and strengthening family. If you look closely when you see our logo you’ll notice a tagline that says “in memory of Ojetta V. Holt-Shoffner”, she was wife to Odell and Mom to Tosha, Torry and Terrence, and today would be her 70th birthday.
Ojetta passed away in 1996 after a courageous multi-year battle with cancer, and in 2000 Terrence and Torry started the Holt Brothers Foundation to honor her life and legacy, and to provide kids who have a parent or guardian battling cancer support and encouragement.
23+ years later, she’s still the “why” behind what we do every day.
